Are you registered with the US Department of Transportation?
Yes, this is required. RPM Limousines is a fully licensed livery service with the USDOT. We also fully participate in the DMV's Drug Screening Program.
Who is your insurance carrier?
RPM Limousines is insured through Northland Insurance Companies of St. Paul, Minnesota.
How do I set up a reservation?
Anyone can make reservations online, via fax, e-mail, or by telephone. Our leading-edge technology allows to you add, modify, and view reservations, or create receipts for your trips. For all reservations, a major credit card is required at time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
All non-corporate, non-wedding reservations must be cancelled with 7 days advance notice prior to your scheduled trip date to assume no financial liability. After this period, if a reservation is cancelled the client is responsible for 50% payment of the originally scheduled charter. Any cancellations within 48 hours will be billed for full charter amount.
Wedding Cancellations require 14 days advance notice prior to your scheduled date to assume no financial liability. After this period, if a reservation is cancelled less than 14 days of the scheduled date the client is responsible for 50% payment of the originally scheduled charter. Any cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled date will be billed for full charter amount.
Can I smoke in any of your cars or limousines?
All of our vehicles are non-tobacco vehicles. If you would like to use tobacco, we would gladly stop at your convenience so you may do so.
What is your alcohol policy?
RPM Limousines does not provide alcohol to any of our clients in accordance with Washington state law. You may bring your own alcohol providing all passengers are 21 years old with a valid ID.
What is your privacy policy?
RPM Limousines does not release the account list or reservation manifests to any outside organization. It is our policy to protect the privacy and identity at all times.
Do your drivers have a special license or training?
All RPM Limousine schauffeurs are over the age of 25, have a 100% clean Motor Vehicle Record, and have completed our extensive chauffeur training program and continuing education. Our chauffeurs are the most important part of our business, because they are servicing you, the client.
Do you provide concierge services?
Yes, concierge services are available depending on the type of transportation and activity required. Additional charges may apply for purchased items at the client's request.
Will my chauffeur meet me at baggage claim?
We will gladly arrange to meet you at baggage claim for your Sea-Tac Airport pickup. There is a ten dollar charge for this service. We always offer curbside pickup for free.
Will my chauffeur assist with my bags?
Your chauffeur can assist with your bags. We will make sure your transition from air to ground transportation is as easy as possible for you.
When is my credit card charged?
RPM Limousines will charge your credit card 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. However, the cardholder is required to present the credit card provides at booking to the Driver at pick-up; with the Voucher confirmation; unless a 3rd party authorization or Corporate Account has been approved and all documentation has been received by RPM Limousine prior to confirmation of order.
Can I pay for the reservation in Cash instead of using the credit card that was provided when I made the reservation?
RPM Limousine's Chauffeurs do not carry cash due to safety concerns. We require that you provide the credit card for imprint as all charges, including gratuities are billed to your credit card or corporate account. Credit Cards are charged 48 hours prior to pickup time. RPM Limousine Chauffeurs do not collect charges in cash. Please be aware if a cash payment is given to Chauffeur it will be considered an additional gratuity & cannot, by labor law, be recovered from Chauffeur.
All Rates are subject to audit after order completion; to include actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops & time allotted, etc. Hourly jobs are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in ½ hour increments thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours; is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for.
Is it possible to place, change or cancel a reservation with my Chauffeur?
RPM Limousines requires that all changes, confirmations and cancellations be called into our dispatch center at (360) 354-4776 or (888) 545-4776 . A trip will be gladly extended if your chauffeur is not scheduled for another trip following yours.
If I place a reservation for 8 hours, but after pick-up I realize I require less time; will I be charged for the full 8 hours?
Yes, Hourly orders are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in ½ hour increments thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for, not what you will be billed for.
How far in advance should I place my reservation?
Availability changes daily and we suggest you place reservation as soon as you have firm travel dates and times.
What is the availability of your staff?
Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
